APPEALS

Litigation of necessity sometimes generates appeals. The law firm has considerable experience in appellate practice and in drafting appellate briefs that are skilled, concise and persuasive. Having served as a law clerk for three years to the Honorable Robert B. Krupansky, Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Jim M. Hansen, Esq. knows what is important in drafting an appellate brief and presenting the case at oral argument.

Jim' oral argument in the case of
McCormick v. Bear Creek Development Corporation, 870 P.2d 599 (Colo. App. 1993) was held by the Colorado Court of Appeals in a special session conducted at the University of Colorado School of Law, where the arguments were attended by a large audience of law school faculty and students.
